Busy July

Oh my goodness July has been so busy. Actually this whole summer has been. Birthdays and the holiday. Sleepovers and work. Can I say how much I dont like audits?? :) So I havent been on the computer much. Anyway, Mackenzy's arm is healing well. I am going to the chiroprator 3x/wk for my back. I have scoliosis. My neck is curvy like a race track and i have a herniated disk. My lower back is worse and I have two herniated disks at the end. Doc says its been like that for a very long time. Sitting 10 hrs a day for work doesnt help. I just want the pain to go away and the doc says he can fix me. YAY! We've been going to play practice at church. They are doing No Strings Attached, a modern twist to Pinocchio. It's very cute. I registered the kids for school. Travis will be a freshman and Mackenzy a 6th grader. Can you believe it? I Skyped with my sister last night and it was so good to see my niece. I have yet to see her in person. I promise to post pics as soon as I can find them. TTFN I hope August is quieter!

Special Olympics

Travis did really well this weekend at the Area Games at UTA. His 4x100M relay team got 4th place. He got 2nd in the softball throw and 3rd in the 100M dash. Great job Travis. I am so proud!!! Now it is on to state.

Wounded Warrior

Mac fell off top bunk. I heard a blood curling scream and saw her arm bent and said "We gotta go, everyone in the car". Grabbed an ice pack and drove like a fiend to the ER. She went into surgery around 9:15 and came out fixed. He just realigned it, no rods or screws. HALLELUJAH! We went to the Dr on Wed and he is so pleased with how it is healing already! Thank you all for your prayers!!
